White Prairie Sage

Burning white prairie sage, or smudging, is an ancient spiritual ritual. It has both antimicrobial and antibacterial properties, which means they keep infectious bacteria, viruses and fungi at bay and are more potent then the more common 'white sage'.

 White prairie sage also contains thujone, which is mildly psychoactive and used in spiritual rituals to enhance intuition and cleanse a being, space or object from negative energy.
