Our favourite ways to start our days... (not all at once and lie-ins are absolutely acceptable sometimes too!) 

1. Make your bed

2. Morning skincare rituals

3. Eat a nourishing breakfast

4. Make a soothing drink - hot lemon water, tea, coffee, matcha latte whatever brings you happiness!

5. Make a mental or physical list of 5 things your grateful for

6. Go outside for a short moment and breathe deeply

7. Brush your hair

8. Choose an outfit that you feel confident in 

9. Take your vitamins + probiotics 

10. Listen to... relaxing or uplifting music, a podcast or audio book
