  1. Glass of water : add lemons = added benefits

  2. Move that body : walk, stretch, workout, dance

  3. Journal : gratitude, to-do, priorities, thoughts, goals

  4. Listen : music, podcast, audible

  5. Daily supplements

  6. Nourishing breakfast : don’t skip the carbs, they provide the energy!

  7. Shower, skincare, haircare - moisturise

  8. Make a mug of your favourite… coffee, tea, chai etc
