10 Healthy Habits to improve your life, go on - give it a go!

  1. Drink a glass of water first thing in the morning

  2. Connect with nature

  3. Take your vitamins (try and take these in whole form as much as possible, fruits, veggies, grains, nuts and seeds - supplement what you struggle to get in a day!)

  4. Read daily

  5. Stand up regularly

  6. Take regular phone/ social media breaks - if you need to use it for work, use a scheduling app to give you the time to plan ahead and have a break later

  7. Make self care a priority

  8. Exercise in some way each day, even if it is a quick walk or a stretch - listen to your body!

  9. Make the majority of your foods, rely on takeaway foods only when needed

  10. Practise simplifying in some way - declutter your surroundings!
